UNFINISHED BUSINESS

-Should the association spend $854 to purchase 72 Nob Hill caps?

-Should the association spend $504 to purchase 500 Nob Hill key chains?

-Arrangements for NHNA table at April 19 Earth fest

NEW BUSINESS

-Should the association sign up for a $1,000 Bernco Tree Canopy Grant?

-Should the association send this statement to the Governor and our state legislators? Our association is relieved and grateful that the congregation of Immanuel Presbyterian Church and the State of New Mexico have agreed that this iconic site will be donated to NM. We note that the building is a major work by John Gaw Meem and would be a proper place to educate people about his life and work, along the lines of the Georgia O’Keefe Museum. We note a dearth of performance space in the area and the fact that the sanctuary seats 500 and is known for its terrific acoustics. As you develop uses this is a once-in-a generation opportunity to enhance the cultural life of our area and region.

-Should the association express disapproval of Amendment P adopted by council in the 2026 IDO update?

-Does the association wish to weigh in on pending CABQ legislation related to commercial property vacancy?

-Does the board approve the following resolution for Sue Brown who recently left our board for health reasons? Nob Hill Neighborhood Association expresses gratitude, Sue, for your contributions to the community while serving on our board of directors. We are glad that you plan to continue work on our Tree Canopy Team, especially around stormwater harvesting. We send wishes for good health.

-Should the association spend $xxx for refreshments for a Coffee with a Cop event?
