This team serves as our primary interface with CABQ Planning. Property owners occasionally request special exceptions to the IDO, which are reviewed by the Zoning Hearing Examiner (ZHE). Neighborhood associations are invited to share their positions on these requests. CABQ Planning also conducts Community Planning Assessments (CPA) for different areas of the city, and this team participates in that process on behalf of Nob Hill.
