On Thursday, October 10, 2019, the Nob Hill Neighborhood Association and the University Heights Association co-hosted a public forum to get to know the candidates for City Council District 6.
The two candidates running for District 6 are Pat Davis and Gina Naomi Dennis.
Pat Davis, current City Councilor, has held the office since 2015, is opposed by Gina Naomi Dennis, president of District 6 Coalition, a coalition of the neighborhood associations in the council district.
Both candidates have qualified for the public option to finance their campaigns. They have satisfied the qualifying period and are official candidates.
Thank you to the League of Women Voters who conducted the forum and Monte Vista Christian Church for use of their space.
Election Day is November 5, 2019. Early voting runs through November 2.
