Monthly association meeting

-Efforts to have much of Nob Hill designated and Arts and Culture District

-District 6 Participatory Budgeting process for Councilor Set-Aside funding for capital improvements

Neighbor Bryan Aslaksen to explore how he can contribute IT expertise and possibly join the board in the future

-Update on $1,000 Bernco Tree Canopy Grant

-Update on expression of disapproval of Amendment P adopted by council in the 2026 IDO

-Update on pending CABQ legislation related to commercial property vacancy

-Should our association seek any Bernco FY27 grants for projects and events focused on enhancing safety, beauty, and connectivity of neighborhood? Associations may apply for up to $7,500 for large projects, or $2,500 for small projects.

-How should our association proceed relative to District 6 Participatory Budgeting?
